Y341 Type Packer

The Y341 series packer is mainly used for layered injection in water wells and layered oil recovery in oil wells.

Working Principle
After lowering the tool to the design depth, inject liquid into the oil pipe. When the pressure reaches 8-10 MPa, the sealing piston compresses the rubber cylinder, causing it to expand radially and seal the annular space of the oil casing. Due to the one-way locking device of the packer, it will not automatically unseal after pressure relief. Instead, liquid will be injected into the annular space of the oil casing. When the hydraulic pressure reaches 1MPa, the flushing piston will be opened and liquid will continue to be injected to achieve the flushing operation. Lifting the pipe string can release the packer.
