Plug valve is an indispensable and important component for connecting high-pressure manifolds during cementing and fracturing operations in oil mines, and is also suitable for similar high-pressure liquid control. This product has a compact structure, is easy to maintain, has low torque, opens quickly, and is easy to operate. It is currently the most ideal valve in cementing and fracturing manifolds.
The plug valve is mainly composed of valve body, handwheel, plunger and other parts.
The inlet and outlet of the plug valve are connected in the form of 1502 union (can also be customized according to customer needs), and the valve body and lining tile are cylindrical in fit, and sealed by inserting a sealing element into the outer circle of the lining tile.
The cylindrical metal fitting seal is used between the lining tile and the plunger, which is characterized by high fitting accuracy and reliable sealing.
Note: Valves can also be easily opened or closed under high pressure of 15000psi.
