The high-strength sucker rod anti stripping device is developed to solve the problem of radial torsion caused by various factors during the operation of sucker rods in rod pumping oil wells, resulting in loosening of the connecting threads of the sucker rods and causing detachment accidents. It has been proven through on-site use that under required conditions, it can effectively eliminate rod column detachment accidents in medium and deep wells.

Structural Principle
The high-strength sucker rod anti detachment device mainly consists of an upper joint, adjusting screw, gasket, ball seat, connecting sleeve, lower joint, etc.
During the underground operation of the pumping rod, the entire rod is constantly subjected to axial alternating loads due to the reciprocating motion of the deep well pump piston. In addition, radial torque is generated due to factors such as the weight of the rod, liquid density, viscosity, wax deposition, well depth, and well inclination. The high-strength anti detachment device adopts an elbow joint structure. The radial torque generated by the oil rod is eliminated here, thereby preventing the loosening of the oil rod thread. In addition, the high-strength anti stripping device adopts an integral structure with load-bearing rods, and applies advanced oil rod manufacturing technology to manufacture all parts and threads, perfectly solving the self fracture problem of existing technology products.

Precautions for Use

Under normal circumstances, high-strength anti stripping devices should be connected near the midpoint of the pole or at the depth of the easily detachable well section, and can be used in single or multiple stages.
Before lowering the new anti stripping device into the well, carefully inspect all threads and fastening screws for looseness, damage, and other quality defects. The axial clearance should not exceed 0.1mm, and the lower joint should rotate flexibly, without looseness or looseness, and ensure that it is intact before lowering it into the well.
When connecting, an anti detachment device of equivalent oil rod specifications should be used first, using the correct connection method with the female buckle end facing upwards and the male buckle end facing downwards.
When loading and unloading anti stripping devices, the pliers must be positioned in the designated pliers position. The thread must be cleaned thoroughly, coated with thread oil, and subjected to the torque required for a pumping rod of equivalent specifications.
After the homework is completed, the anti stripping device that comes out with the pump must be cleaned and inspected according to the requirements before the new anti stripping device is put into the well. If there are no problems, it can be reused. The anti stripping device that has worked underground for two years should be scrapped.
During the transportation of the anti stripping device, it is necessary to keep the protective wires worn on both ends and the outer packaging on the well site, and it must not touch the ground. Prevent soil and dirt from entering. During transportation, collisions are not allowed. After the lower joint is bent, it should be scrapped and it is strictly prohibited to use a hammer to straighten it.
Oil wells using anti stripping devices should still tighten the threads of the rod and column according to the specified torque to ensure effective use.
